Frequently asked questions
How long does a listing stay active?
Basic and Featured listings stay active for 12 months. Dealer plan listings stay active while your monthly membership is active. You can renew at any time, and we send a reminder before a listing expires.
Can I upgrade a free listing later?
Yes. You can promote any free Basic listing to Featured at any time by paying the Featured price — it will then be highlighted, shown at the top of search and on the homepage.
How do payments work?
Payments are processed securely via Stripe at checkout when you publish or renew a paid listing.
Do you charge commission on sales?
No. You pay only for the listing — there is no commission on the sale or rental price.
