These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Avia Gateway platform. By using the platform you agree to these Terms.

1. The platform

Avia Gateway is an online marketplace that connects buyers, sellers, renters, pilots and advertisers in private and general aviation. We provide the platform; we are not a party to any transaction between users.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Listings & content

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of listings and content you submit.
Listings may be reviewed and approved before publication.
We may remove content that is misleading, unlawful or violates these Terms.

4. Paid listings & payments

Certain features, such as paid or featured listings, require payment. Fees are shown before checkout and processed securely through our payment provider. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once a listing is published.

5. Transactions between users

Any agreement to buy, sell, rent or charter an aircraft is solely between the users involved. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality or airworthiness of any aircraft or service listed, and recommend appropriate due diligence and inspection.

6. Prohibited use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including posting fraudulent listings, infringing intellectual property, spamming, or attempting to compromise platform security.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avia Gateway is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or from transactions between users.

8. Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. These Terms are governed by applicable European Union and local law.
